We offer unique, exciting parties for children to immerse themselves into the power of imagination through role play with FOUR FABULOUS THEMES!!!




Get all four themes together or choose your favourite!

All themes include….

  • A full size tuff tray with an activity to relate to the theme.
  • Role play equipment.
  • Dressing up outfits.
  • Active play equipment such as wheel barrows, shopping trolleys and push chairs.
  • Soft toys/Animals/Dolls


We also have our PLAY CITY ROLLERZ BOUNCY CASTLE which has two slides large and small with a ball pool to dive into.

We can also provide your child’s PERSONAL PARTY PHOTOS for you, which are included in the package price at no extra cost.

BIRTHDAY BANNER BACK DROP – A choice of happy birthday or themed backdrop.

MUSIC - A party play list will also be played, related to the chosen themes.

BUBBLE MACHINE - We will end the party with some magical party bubbles.

PLAY CITY ROLLERZ STAFF - We are on hand to ensure the party runs smoothly and that all equipment is put back in its place so all party guests get their turn to enjoy themselves. All tuff tray areas will be constantly monitored so there’s no need to do any cleaning or tidying that will be taken cared for by us.

Party Costs


  • For 4 themes cost is £195.00 + hall hire (see below)
  • The party sessions run for a minimum of 1.5hrs
  • In addition to your party hire we require 1hr set up and 1hr pack away time.
    • Example: minimum 1.5hrs party session + 2hrs setup and pack away = 3.5hrs Total
  • Each extra 30 minutes there will be an additional cost of £40.00
  • Up to 22 children aged between 1-5years old can be invited to the party.
  • Due to the nature of Play City Rollerz activities we have to limit spaces to avoid overcrowding.
  • Up to 22 adults in total can attend.
  • Party food/cake is not included in our party package but you can provide your own and the hall has a designated eating area with fully functioning kitchen you are welcome to use.


Due to the storage layout of our equipment all our parties are currently held at Marlow Youth and Community Centre. The hall hire has to be booked separately.

Terms and Conditions

  • We do not offer refunds in part or full for a cancelled party booking.
  • We can only move a party booking once.
  • If you need to move the date or time of your party, you must inform Play City Rollerz 2 weeks before the original date and contact to rebook your new party date with Marlow youth and community centre.
  • If Play City Rollerz is forced to cancel at the time of your party, then you can re-book or receive a refund in full.
  • Booking secured with a £100 deposit, final payment should be made 1 week before your party date.

 Parents Responsibilities

  • The hosting parent/s and adult guests are responsible for all party children at all times.
  • The hosting parent/s should ensure that all children remove shoes before entering the hall and wear socks when using the equipment – Bouncy Castle.
  • It is the hosting parent/s responsibility to inform party guests to arrive no more than a few minutes before the party start time.
  • The hosting parent/s must ensure that the party hall is fully vacated with all belongings at the end of the party time.
  • As per the condition of hire, the hall must be handed back in a clean and tidy condition with all waste and leftover food removed, kitchen cleaned and cups/utensils washed and put away.
  • You the hosting parent/s are responsible for all children being collected by their parent or guardian at the end of the party time.
